Although returns are not available for full-size products, we're happy to help if something isn't right.
We offer a free replacement if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking bottle
- A manufacturing defect
- The wrong fragrance
- An incorrect item in your order
Exchange Conditions
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Upload clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Keep the original product and packaging until your request is reviewed.
Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
